Maintenance Worker/Driver Position:
This position provides for the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings, equipment, fixtures, safety, and utility systems used in the facility, and transport for staff and residents.

Maintenance Worker/Driver Position:
This position provides for the maintenance and upkeep of the buildings, equipment, fixtures, safety, and utility systems used in the facility, and transport for staff and residents.

Requirements:
- Must possess a current California driver's License.
- Must possess current automobile insurance at all times.
- Must possess a clean driving record to be covered under company insurance, necessary to transport residents.
- Possesses mechanical skills to diagnose and perform repairs to buildings, fixtures, and equipment.
Duties Summary:
- Perform the duties and tasks as outlined in the maintenance policy and procedure manual.
- Perform upkeep of the grounds, buildings, fixtures, and utility systems as required.
- Perform periodic safety inspections of all areas of the campus and report the findings and their corrections to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Perform and/or schedule required maintenance to vehicles owned and operated by the facility.
- Maintain a record of all repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance tasks completed.
- Operate the facility vehicles for the purpose of transporting residents and staff, and for other reasons as indicated.
